Unfortunately, unless the church is incorporated or includes something in its bylaws (or subpoena'd in a lawsuit) or a required statute, church members do not have a right to church financial records.
I would be wary of attending a church which did not disclose its financial documents.
I don't know that it's stirring discord, but getting teens to work free for their private business is wrong.

How many churches have you attended? You're not a church hopper are you?
Is there any Jesus name, apostolic pentecostal church organizations that direct or have oversight in how the "member" churches function related to finances and disclosure?
