That is false and wrong at so many levels. Leftist extremists freak out about tobaco and want to ban it outdoors. Your same leftist argument wants to say this is about religion? We can let humans know that life expectancy is worse for gays than for smokers. In fact if we move against smoking we should have laws against homosexuality. Clintons surgeon general said the life expectacny for a gay was 43 years. They even have much higher rates of auto accident fatalities.
