BHO has done nothing comparable.

You're right, W's firings were within the law. BHO's retaliations against whistleblowers are directly against the No FEAR Act mentioned previously. So yes, BHO's actions cannot be compared to W's.

Not so. In fact, much of the complaint against BHO about his actions against whistleblowers come from liberal sources!

...what makes this conduct particularly indefensible is how the Obama DOJ is venturing back into the past to dredge up these forgotten episodes. Sterling hasn't worked for the Government or had a security clearance in more than 8 years.

The article is a reprint of a New York Times piece.

The indictment of Mr. Drake was the latest evidence that the Obama administration is proving more aggressive than the Bush administration in seeking to punish unauthorized leaks to the press.
