It is pretty much gonna hit the broad area it has been showing all day w NO getting the bad side and then on over to your area Pretty much the whole gulf. It is now a Hurricane Watch and Evacs are in full effect now They are starting to send the busses and trains out of NO now

I heard 2 times so I cant remember which it was but either 10 am or 1 pm Monday is expected to make landfall Oh and its not diminishing in strength its getting stronger and stronger

In the gulf now and strengthening... anywhere from the Florida coast to East Houston under the Watch now.

Yes my understanding is that it could hit monday anywhere from TX, to the Florida panhandle.

This one is really keeping them guessing. Dr. Masters on Weather Underground said his best guess is just west of Morgan City, LA, but everybody from Ms to TX should be prepared. How is that for covering your bases!!!! They did not expect this storm to strenghten like it has - It could be a cat 5 before it comes a shore! Batten down the hatches.

They are also saying it will be a lot of flooding like what Fl had.
