When someone is banned under one user name, are their alter egos banned also?

When I was an admin on FCF sometimes I would go to the admin control panel on a slow day,and look up people's e-mail addresses.Of course I didn't spam these folks or anything,I just did it out of curiosity.

So, now everyone who was on FCF at the time Scott was an administrator knows why they all of a sudden got a lot more spam!!

Their alter's aren't banned, however, we do expect them not to use them if they are banned under one name.
If they were to use them, it would add to their original banning.

In other words admin is on the lookout for anyone banned logging on as one of their alternate identities and would take care of it if they did.
It is correct to say they are not automatically banned from their alternate identities.
Of course no one on here would be dishonest enough to try and log on as an alternate identity after being banned!
