By giving the scenario, you're implying the ME and FE lied and the compression had nothing to do with his death.

You're free to believe what you want. I don't agree, nor does the evidence or experts who are actually trained for this.

That's not what the autopsy said. There were two primary causes - compression of neck and compression of chest. The preex's were listed as contributing but not primary. He could have had no preex's and still died from the primary cause listed.
