We are rather boring most of the time. I sometimes wish I could have been there when you and others were Admin. I really think it would have been an eye opener.

Oh yeah, back in the day of Daniel, lol.
You would have gotten a concussion from banging your head on the keyboard.
Forget the "Good Grief".
Just make the avatar for Admin a pic of Charlie Brown.

Re: Prominent Memphis Area Pastor Resigns
The Bible didnt say it was okay for former TPC members to dig for information then get ticked off and go batty. I dont have to be a TPC member to know what the Bible says about gosspi and those who encourage it. I've navigated church situations much worse than the little drama at TPC.
There is a biblical way to deal with the hurt. You are supposed to be christians first and foremost.
When people state this concersation is like recess that shows how little they care for their fellow parishoners.

Some have to laugh to keep from crying and I am not out to "pick a fight" with ANYONE about any of my posts that come across as humorous so please do NOT put words in my mouth!! UNLESS you are a part of TPC, you can NEVER begin to feel what we have felt and are still feeling! END OF DISCUSSION! No questions and no replys!

We knew you didn't have Bible and verse to support your calloused feelings of TPC.

TV, can you just not let this go? Seriously, we know your viewpoint and some agree with it and others don't. You are arguing with at least one that no longer attends that church, but seems compelled to post here. As for other TPC posters if there are any, they are welcome to state their view points as well. But, this harassment from all MUST stop. I will advise you like I did one of the other posters, take it to PM.

Re: Prominent Memphis Area Pastor Resigns
[QUOTE=MissBrattified;1216444]I think the social media stuff is fine as long as its out in the open and transparent. E.g., no private chatting.
Agreed, social media has probably broken up more homes that any one thing today. It's all about access. Our children will face challenges we didn't face when we were their age. With all the porn, chat sites, and child molesters it truly is a very scary place. When you think about all the opportunities we face in a day with computers and phones. Sexting and such.
It used to be if you wanted a porn rag (pre HG mind you) you had to go down to the buss station. Now you can get all the free porn you want at the click of a mouse. For a sex addict that is like having lunch in a bar. I think most people get into it slowly at first and then it just escalates into an addiction. God give us the strength to resist all the temptations we face with technology. This was a major contributor in our situation.
