The magazine comes with two bottoms. The curved "pinky grip" one in the picture and a more traditional flat bottom. I actually like the curved one myself. The whole gun is really small yet doesn't kick as much as I thought it would -it DOES kick a bit which is unavoidable in a really small weapon but is entirely tolerable.

Mine doesn't have the kick I thought it would have either. I guess I was expecting the kick I got from a S&W 38 I used to own. My husband had to show me a better way to grip the handle because, however I was holding it, it was scraping the top of my thumb when I fired.

My son told me this weekend they they bought my Christmas present and the first thought was, oh no, they bought me a gun. BUT.....I don't think he can do that. Whew!

I think he can do that. My husband bought mine for me. And he said my son could buy me one, if he wanted to.

Re: Handgun or Pump action rifle?
Just bought another box of 500 rounds of .22 ammo. It has become my routine to pick up another box each and every time I step foot at Wally World.
