Urgent * TX pastor in fatal accident!
I just recieved word that Bro McManus from Greenville, TX was killed in a motorcycle accident.
I have no details at this point.
Please keep his family, church family, and city in prayer

met Brother McManus back when I lived in Greenville, TX in 1984-85. sorry to hear this news...will be praying for his family as well as the church he pastored...

Yes very tragic ..... again no details.
All I know is my father sold him the motorcycle and is feeling guilty.

He preached for us probably 20+ years ago. I assume you're talking about Scott McManus???
He was a great guy!

I don't know him like many of you do, but will be praying for his family and friends and church just the same. How very sad for those left behind. A glad day for him, but that doesn't make it easy for those who will miss his presence here.

Oh wow! This is unbelievable. Before he took over the church in Greenville he took care of our church very often when Bro Kershaw was overseas and he became very good friends of our family and they stayed with us all the time when they would come back to this part of town. We loved them dearly and he will be greatly missed! So so very sad.
