There are seasons to life. Seasons of growth and decline. Times of stability and times of change. This is true of a person, a church or a society.

Is that taught in the New Testament?
Jesus rescues a woman from stoning and commands her to no longer sin.
Could you produce scripture from the New Testament which teaches that sin can be used as a tool?

Could you please explain what you are seeing in the above scripture verses.

Sure. You asked, "Could you produce scripture from the New Testament which teaches that sin can be used as a tool?"
The passage I gave shows how sinful events were recorded in the Old Testament for us to learn from- written for our admonition. In that way the sin of others is used as a tool to help persuade Christians today to not fall into the same sins.
