Ankle Again!

As some of you know, there is snow on the ground and extreme cold (for Vancouver anyway) & a lot of ice on the side roads & alleys.
I went to my barbers to get a haircut & seeing as he is down one alley, up another & around the corner, I walked to get it cut.
Coming back I slipt on some hidden ice & by the way I went down I thought I broke it.
It isn't broken, it is just sprained a bit, but seeing as I have a sore side from going down & I am in therapy to get back to work, any spare prayers you got both for our protection & my body being healed would be appreciated!
