Please pray for Ray...

He lives next door to my parents. This is the man who was like a second dad to me when I was growing up. We lived next door to them ever since I was 5 years old until I got married. His daughter and I were best of friends. The ambulance just left with him, they are taking him to Memphis. His wife Judy asked us to pray. He has a couple of blockages in his arteries and she is very worried. They wouldn't let her ride in the ambulance with him. She has someone driving her to the hospital. I know there are some here who will take this request on their heart and pray for Ray and Judy. I know that the prayers would be greatly appreciated.

I'll update this thread when I hear anything more.

Lord God,

We bring this dear neighbor, Ray, and his wife, to You this morning.

We humbly ask that You would intervene on Ray's behalf and bring

him through this time of trouble victoriously! We thank You for what

You will do for Ray, in Jesus Name!!!

Also bless Sis. Tina for her love and concern for her neighbors! I know

this is pleasing to You that we love our neighbors, even as ourselves.

My dad just talked to Judy. She said they are still doing more tests on Ray, but that he did have several mini strokes today.
