He absolutely should NOT be regulated.
There are several reasons why i say this.
For one thing, I am a strong believer in personal freedom. I am sort of a libertarian at heart, really. I don't like folks policing me, so by the same token, I don't police others regarding what they do that isn't my business.
But perhaps even more importantly, Daniel serves as a beacon for what happens when you leave solid doctrine and go wandering off into the fog of anythinggoesville.
Lots of questions, not many answers.
It is important to let folks like that have a voice in some venues to illustrate the truth of things we preach and warn against.
I'm sure many lurkers are instructed and benefited by this phenomenon.
