Mooney, tonite while taking FM offering says: among the non-profits .... the UPCI is one the most top-rated in financial efficiency? Anyone agree? Is there data to verify this?

I don't have data- just a little personal experience. I would agree that the UPC most likely is among the top- if not the top. I guess it would break down to what criterion the bean counters were using.

But from my brief time at WEC and then a few years on a national board- the margins are tight and the efficiencies appear to be high. Just my impression. I think if anyone worked with this org you'd be similarly impressed.

Yes. Complete breakdown in a booklet form. Audited by one of the "big five" accounting firms. That's a requirement in the manual.
