Lightbulb Do our churches live up to the Zaxby's standard?

I'm happy now; I ate chicken today for lunch.

On the bottom of my receipt is printed their mission statement:

Could it be said that our church services accomplish the same???

Church services?

I think that the better question would be... do we do this daily as we meet people in our daily lives.

Church services are a very nominal part of our lives. It is what what we do when we step outside that should be where we focus most of our attention.

After all... the church isn't a place... We are the church. When we reach out to someone or meet them where they are with ministry of some sort... THAT is the church in service.

I don't think it's such a good idea to serve Fried Chicken during church, but that's just me......
