Who Was Elder J.O. Moore ?
Who was Elder J.O. Moore I understand He was from Canada ?
I understand He had a legacy with The PCI ?
Does anybody know much about this Elder ?

He won my husband's parents to the Lord back in the late forties or early fifties. He was their pastor and they loved him dearly! About eight years ago, Eddie and I went to Canada to preach an ACOP conference in Ontario that Bro. Moore was over. He and Doris were wonderful and sweet people, and lots of fun. He has since passed away, but was greatly loved and respected. He was definitely PCI persuasion.
He was the first person to introduce us to Tim Horton's coffee shops and to Swiss Chalet's chicken in Canada!!!

Did He have a org. with Elder ED. Wickens ? Also didn't J.O. Moore have a hand in the formation of Global ?

I don't know the answer to either of these questions, unfortunately. He was a friend of Bro. Hardwick's, so he would very likely have been with Global from the very start. But he was very involved with the ACOP.

Seems I remember a book called The Chicago Confession put out by Global a few yrs. back and I remember J.O. Moore's name in it.

It's funny that you should ask about him, and I'm not surprised that Sherri responded since he was her husband's father's pastor.
What I know about him was that he was my first pastor's pastor when my
pastor received the Holy Ghost in the late 40's. He pastored a church in
Henderson, TN and later went to Canada. That is about all that I know about
him.
