Healthy Food Tastes Better When it Says McDonalds
This might be a good argument for WHY your kids should not watch TV
Most 3- and 5-year-olds who taste-tested a variety of foods said they preferred the ones in the McDonald's wrapper -- even though the foods were exactly the same, a new study finds.
The study suggests that, like adults, young children are highly influenced by branding, experts say.
"This study demonstrates simply and elegantly that advertising literally brainwashes young children into a baseless preference for certain food products," said Dr. David Katz, the director of the Prevention Research Center at Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, Conn.

Yeah, I know someone who will not drink oceanspray juice, but will drink the same kind of juice with the exact same ingrediants, as long as its not ocean spray. and says he cant eat tomatoes but uses ketchup, and spaghetti sauce.
and another person I know got mad and started ranting and raving because he got a baked potatoe with sour cream, but five minutes before was eating potatoe chips with sour cream and onion dip, goofy.
