Can Admin read PM's?

I don't really care whether they can or not... I would just like to know...

I think they can .. or at least someone w/ enough knowledge to look at the data files could potentially do so

I understand that the database can be read thru something like PHPAdmin. If the database is accessible.

There are certain vBulletin hacks that allow admins to log in as someone else and read their PM's, post as them, etc. So technically, yes, admins can read PM's. That's not to say the admins here can do that. It's just to say that admins can if the right hacks are installed.
