Is a resolution needed to address the power in hair doctrine?

In light of the fact that the Pentecostal Herald printed a story about a woman laying her hair on her child and there are picture of women at district functions taking their hair down to release its power, is a resolution necessary to address this issue?

I'm so glad the UPC has everyone telling them what they need to do. We can't go wrong on that account.

I don't believe that I Cor 11:8-11 is addressing hair. JMHO.
