Structural Insulated Panels Systems (SIPS),
Builders & Developers
Premier Building Systems, North America’s largest manufacturer of Structural Insulated Panels Systems (SIPS), challenges you to compare your current building system to ours.
Home builders across America are embracing new building systems and techniques in order to complete construction quickly, maintain quality and control costs.
For example, “panelizing” walls, the practice of building skeletal sections of wall prior to standing them, is the most common framing technique used today but it does not eliminate construction steps or ensure higher quality. It also does not address the rising cost of lumber, declining lumber quality, and the rising cost of skilled labor.
Our system combines planning, precision, labor efficiency, shipping logistics, and good old fashion service. Plus, Premier is the only manufacturer to offer a broad array of services that reduce the risk of converting from your current practices to ours. We help make the transition easy!
Builder Assurance Program
Business Case Evaluation
Plan Conversions
Contractor Training
On-site Launch Services
Marketing Program Support
Local Jurisdiction Support
Premier’s solutions are designed for strength, energy efficiency, flexibility and ease of installation. Independent testing agencies have certified that Premier SIPS are the highest rated panels available.
That is why you can be sure that Premier is the right partner to choose for your next project - large or small we can help you save time.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE OF THIS SYSTEM???

Depends on how update this system is. I am not as familiar with Premier, but this sounds like the styrofoam wall system that is quite revolutionary, where one sets up the walls and then pours concrete into the hollow inside of them. If this is what Premier is offering, it is a great system.

I have a friend who just finished a house built from SIPS a few months back.
Their electric bill last month was less than $100 for an 1800 sq ft house... in TEXAS (It's hot here... in case you didn't know ).

It has its challenges, from what I understand, but I couldn't tell you anything at all from first hand experience.
If you'd like, I could ask the friend if you can contact them directly about it...

Yes, that would be great.
I am looking at several options right now and that is one of them.

I believe whatever Tom Tynan says. You might want to find out what he thinks.
