Well the bigger dog would bark and bark and bark at night. My landlord finally called the city and they did something about it. Lately though that little dog has been yapping and yapping all the time.
Last night I got hardly any sleep. I got up this morning and was gonna just go back to sleep but decided to head to church anyways. I am glad I did as some old friends where there that I did not know were gonna show up. So I go home hoping to take a nap and that dog is just yapping non-stop. By now it is too late as I am about to head for church again for the evening service, but man I feel like kicking that dog over the fence right about now.
We need a "kick the dog" smiley...and with the guy enjoying doing it

I'm sure I have done so a few times. Mostly shooting unknown strays that invaded the farms that I've lived on.
The best story took place years ago...
I was going through alot while I was living in the world and was trying to get to sleep one night. The property that was next to my place wasn't currently occupied, but sure enough..their dog was barking non stop. Apparently, we were on different shifts.
I tried everything to get to sleep. Then, at the height of my gumption, decided enough was enough. I got dressed and walked across my pasture, onto their homestead to deal with the dog. He just kept barking...some mutt. However, he wouldn't let me get near him to communicate
my displeasure.
So I faded into the shadows and waited for an opportunity. He then decided to take a poo break and I came out of the night with a vengence and gave him a shovel to the ribs that would have gotten me to the green on a par four. Hey, I was doing it Happy Gilmour style!
That dog let out a yelp and took off. I walked home and I was out before I hit the pillow. I never heard another peep out of that mutt. I hate to think that I killed it, but survivial of the fittest comes into play from time to time.
