Help me find a cheaper flight
Okay, so I haven’t seen my sister in what will soon be 11 years. She was 14, I was 26 when I left CA for TX. My sister now has a family. I would really like to meet my niece while she is a toddler. I also want to see my brother’s children, a son who was maybe 2 when I moved away, and a daughter who I have never met.
I am hoping to be able to visit soon. I am looking for dirt cheap flights. One day, 2 day layover. I don’t really care. As long as I can fly, rather than take a bus. 
I checked out Southwest. I would have to bus to Houston (6 hours), fly to Los Angeles, and I’d still be 3-4 hours away from my destination.
I am finding one way flights from my location to the airport nearest my destination for under $300. I’m hoping to find something cheaper, dirt cheap.
Most leads may be appreciated. Thanks.

I drive, but would rather have someone drive me because I'm so old.

I would drive, but I do not have a vehicle. Renting a vehicle will cost more than a flight.
