Churches have been doing mimes and etc for years. They are communicating in sign language and using choreography. I see nothing wrong with this.

I disagree with that. Besides, even if that was true, preachers preach in small churches as if they are preaching to thousands in faith that God will eventually expand their ministry-- and often He does.
