Many times. The "legalism" is usually in connection with the dress code. Being a cult is because we reject the foundation doctrines of Catholics and Protestants.
Snake handling does not come up much. A woman I worked with once told a group of people there she visited an Apostolic Church in my neighborhood and she ran out because they were handling snakes.
It was nothing but a total lie. I called her on it and never heard her try to pass it off again. One Apostolic friend of mine denied the practice ever existed among Oneness, that it is only among Trins. We disagreed on that.
"Heresy" would be basically because Oneness believes in One God and
Acts 2:38 salvation.
