I simply clicked it and downloaded it, then opened it in Opera (browser).

The rest of them were partially narrated or not quoted.

The UPC was not around in 1914. It came around in 1945. Skipping the denominational creations and changes between 1914 and 1945 may be convenient, but reviewing the steps between 1914 and 1945 would be more interesting.
