Accused, Convicted, Executed- Ledell Lee. Guilty?
The rush to execute this man seems politically driven instead of justice driven.
I hope he is really guilty.

Why wasn't there a DNA test ever done, in 24 years, to confirm this man's guilt or innocence?

JD, there was no DNA to test?
I believe this was not the only Rape and Murder that he was convicted of.

They did not try him for the other cases.
The more I think about this, the more I see that what happened in this situation IS NOT how the justice ssystem is supposed to work.
He was accused, convicted, and executed for crime A.
Was he really guilty of crime A?

I get the adults and those in the womb ... but what do you mean by death penalty for infants?
