Jermyn, please allow me to echo your feelings by offering my apologies to N David for comparing him to a cop killer. I did it in reaction to his accusations accusing me of being a racist, but two wrongs don't make a right.

I admit, I can be too direct and personal when responding to posts. Because of that, I'm not bothered by being called a liberal, leftist troll, etc. I know who I am and what I believe, as do my family and close friends. And at the end of the day, that's all that matters to me.

I owe an apology to Originalist. I violated the rules of AFF by aiming personal insults at him. I should not have called him a racist. While I believe there's an unhealthy focus and anger in many threads and posts about white victimization and black criminals, it doesn't make him a racist.

I do not apologize for defending the Constitutional rights of individuals, regardless of political party or affiliation, to protest. I will not be so ignorantly biased as to ignore the Constitutional rights of those who hold beliefs with which I disagree. Whether it's Westboro Baptist Church, blm or others.

Nor will I apologize for attacking Donald J. Trump, who is undoubtedly the most dishonest, ungodly, vile and hateful Presidential candidate in my lifetime. He's even replaced obama as the politician I dislike the most. Unfortunately, Trump has brought out the worst in people. He is not a unifier, in fact quite the opposite. He has not only expanded the divide between parties, but he has also fractured his own party and caused divisions between conservatives and Republicans.

Again, I apologize for breaking the rules of the forum and directing personal insults at Originalist.
