You are right and had I known that, I wouldn't have started this thread or maybe he disavowed his support after I started this thread.

I actually learned about Duke in HS!
Crazy MD liberal public education teaching us about good ol Americans like Mr. Duke!
He wasn't in our history books but he was part of a discussion one day with a teacher and some of her students. I was one of the students.
Most of what I know comes from online.
Hardly any of it makes me think he is a good guy or that he would appreciate my existence in America.... or Europe, or Russia.

I certainly don't trust him personally. He went to jail on a plea bargain for fraud.
He renounced the KKK years ago. He has a firm conviction that whites in America are being singled out for disenfranchisement and in Europe for annihilation. He also feels that Jews are disproportionately represented in leftist/NWO causes. Some of his points are valid, but I just can't trust him very much.
Interestingly enough, Duke won a major endorsement in his campaign for a Louisiana Legislature seat from Civil Rights icon James Meredith.
