The city ought to try Republicsn leadership for a while. Unconditional loyalty to the Democrats by the African American community baffles me. You'd think that after of decades of Democrat leadership producing the "Chicago Way", voters would want to try an alternative. They keep voting monolithicly, they keep getting the same result.

Don't you know, the only time partisan politics comes into play is when it's a GOP Mayor or Governor.

Chicago and Detroit have been festering sewages run by the Democrats for decades now and yet they keep voting them back in.

So basically, the police lied, realized they were lying, and stuck with the lies anyway, on multiple occasions.

So when people talk about the police targeting people, planting evidence, lying...

It's really, really sad but in the back of my mind, I always knew that there were just too many people saying the same thing over and over and over-- it couldn't all be lies.
