The Harbinger
I am certain this has been discussed before, but I was curious to know who here has read The Harbinger and what your thoughts are on the book.
I have a co-worker who has mentioned it to me several times and it appears she has bought the contents of it hook, line and sinker. I decided to accept her offer to let me borrow her copy and, as of this moment, have read the first two chapters.

Re: The Harbinger
I saw the video of Cahn teaching this. I borrowed the book from someone, but the style in which it was written was so annoying I could not continue. It's like the writer made up a character of a prophet talking or writing to someone, isn't it? And through that conversation the teaching is related to readers.

Yes! I'm having issues with the style it's written in, too. Even as of today I've read only three chapters, but then again, I've not taken it home. I'm only going to read it at my desk at work.

When was America ever in a covenant relationship with God?

Re: The Harbinger
The Messianic Rabbi Jonathan Cahn commented that judgement always returns to the place of consecration. The Messianic Rabbi stated that ground zero (Saint Paul's Trinity Chapel) is this place of consecration. Now, my question is this, why would God honor the prayer of consecration from a Freemason (closet Catholic) president? Funny how Messianic Rabbi Jonathan Cahn focuses on a chapel called "Trinity" chapel, and therefore God gets upset over 300 years later for a country turning its back on Him, but never got upset for the false doctrine it started with? I believe this country waxes patriotically, and romantically over this sort of thing. So, these books sell, when everything is steaming up around us, but when everything evens out again, the book is found in the 1.00 book rack in the Bible book store.

That's kind what my initial thought is... That this is along the lines of that book about the rapture happening in 1988... but I figured I would check it out since she kept mentioning it. At the same time, I am always very leery when something is popular. I have noticed that the book shows that it is a work of fiction...

That is noble, and you did your part of the job, and as you look further you will find out that Jonathan Cahn's books will be in the same marked down basket with the Four Blood Moons, and 88 reasons the rapture will be in 88.

Re: The Harbinger
I read the book, and the style it was written in is horrible, and I had to make myself to finish reading the book. Like Bro. EB said... once 2015 passes, and nothing happens, this book will probably disappear in the dust of newer writings coming on the scene with terrible predictions for 2016... lol.

But you will be able to get a copy for 1.00 along with a free copy of John Hagee's Four Blood Mushrooms.
