how can we get are voices heard?

The supreme courts reflect the values of a minority group in our nation. How is it that our government who is supposedly built by and for the people doesn't represent the majority of people? I don't like to rant about things, and if nothing can be done then why waste my breath. If something could be done then we should speak up (how, when, and where I don't know). If government has gotten to the place in our country that it is not representing the people then it seems we we need to make some revisions. I wish I knew how. Prayer is all I know to do, but if Christian voices are not heard we are going find ourselves in a worse situation.

We are too bust trying to earn a living to do much. The other side has people paying them to protest.

The other side gets their way by throwing tantrums, destroying property, etc. It works for them. I do not advocate that, but until we are willing to be more aggressive, nothing will change.

Re: how can we get are voices heard?

In the past few years 38 States banned gay marriage, most of them through referendums of the people. This is why I believe the States would pass a Constitutional amendment allowing the States to decide for themselves. If the 14th Amendment was not taken out of context, we would not have to.

Re: how can we get are voices heard?

If our government is made up of elects then how come they are becoming so distant from the will of the majority of the people, or am I disillusioned about who is the majority. We need to start letting are voices heard when we cast our ballots. I wonder if there is any God fearing candidates.

Re: how can we get are voices heard?

Our nation is ruled by a foreign power, who absolutely DON'T CARE what "the people" want. We are under a foreign occupation, literally. What I don't understand, is how so many people continue to refuse to realize that.

Normalcy bias, deer in the headlights, learned helplessness, etc.

Why do we need our voices heard? Let's divorce the government and be the church. Challenge government to deal with us... on our terms.

Start with "our" voices instead of "are"...

Re: how can we get are voices heard?

Well, if you want your voice heard, you could post some things online which would get their attention.

I don't recommend it, though.
