I agree. Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.
I get that people want to protest against terrorists who want to stiffle free speech and expression. But to do it right outside the islamic center where they're gathering for their evening prayer...that's a punch in the face.
From what I've read in the local news, IMO, it seems like this guy WANTS a confrontation. Just my ignorant opinion. I don't know him personally, but it seems he's hoping to agitate them enough to cause an attack, which is why he posted that people should exercise their 2nd Amendment rights (bring guns).
Now someone else is trying to organize a counter protest to promote religious freedom for all religions. Sadly, they'll be right in the crossfire if anything happens.
Honestly, if something does happen, I wouldn't be against this guy be held responsible, either criminally (if any criminal statutes apply) or in a civil suit.
