Hi!

I'm actually a southern baptist pastor that grew up in the catholic church. I recently did some studying through David Bernard's "The Oneness of God" and it addressed a lot of questions that I assumed I had the answer to after spending the last 43 years of my life in those two mentioned traditions. So, I'm saying "Hi" and also coveting your prayers while I am on this journey!

Re: Hi!

Brother, how can you walk away from something so obvious as the Trinity? The Oneness position makes a mockery of the hypostatic union and fails to adequately explain the relationships Christ describes between the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. If you'd like, I can email you a paper I've written on this whole subject, just send me the address in a private message.

Welcome to AFF! My family was North American Baptist until we came into the OP church many years ago. Pray you receive the revelation and understanding you search for!
