Client Nation

"A Client Nation is a nation that is Sovereignly chosen and protected by God as a repository for Bible Doctrine, an evangelist of the world, and a haven for the Jews."
http://www.biblenews1.com/babylon/babylon7.html

Other definitions may apply. Where is God's Client Nation today, do you think? Or is this concept even valid?

" But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy NATION, a peculiar
people;
that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of
darkness into his marvellous light...".

Does God currently have a terrestrial nation? I think not: but He still has a remnant.
So it is not about the nation of Israel; rather, it is about the remnant that is in
the nation and the promise to the patriarchs.

But there are them with opinions that would not differ.

Re: Client Nation

I see no scriptural basis for the concept. Sounds Zionistic to me. Just thinking out loud.

Sorry: that WOULD DIFFER.

I do NOT believe in a "Client Nation". Israel could have previously filled
that model, but not today (Church Age).

God is all. For all things are emanations from Him. To say that God has a client nation is to draw division within the divine. God is the Monad from which all things emerge, and in whom we live, move, and have our very being.

Re: Client Nation

I've heard it said that Jews are the most persecuted, and yet the most blessed people on earth. Could it be that they are both blessed and persecuted because of their relationship - or lack thereof - with God?

I cannot help but think of the scripture in Romans 11:29 "For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."
