Scott Walker 2016?

In the event you want to be more familiar with him. This is his speech today at the Iowa Freedom Summit.

As shallow as it is, I've heard height is so important. Scott Walker is 6'1".

I remember hearing George Stephanopoulos, after O won, "The tall man wins."

It sounded so ridiculous, but people can be that shallow.

Re: Scott Walker 2016?

Scott Walker is the governor of my state.

He is a college dropout, career politician. According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Walker does not tell the truth 60% of the time.

He is a racist and he will sell changes to any environmental law for the right price. He was caught taking a bribe for $700,000.

I really don't care who you vote for. Just don't vote for Walker.

Ben Carson giving a great speech. He's made some gun comments I don't like, but otherwise, he gives a good speech.

Wisconsin Supreme Court shuts down ‘John Doe’ investigation

When Governor Walker commented on this lawless investigation in Iowa, back in April, he said:

It wasn’t just a technical victory. The court ruled that even if everything the prosecutor alleged happened, there was no violation of the law:

Re: Scott Walker 2016?

Seems Scott Pitta should focus his ire at this "unconstitutional" investigation and the special prosecutor, who should be fired immediately for this awful travesty, instead of Gov Walker, whom he still has not been able to prove has done anything wrong.

Re: Scott Walker 2016?

It is fortunate, indeed, for every other citizen of this great State who is interested in the protection of fundamental liberties that the special prosecutor chose as his targets innocent citizens who had both the will and the means to fight the unlimited resources of an unjust prosecution. Further, these brave individuals played a crucial role in presenting this court with an opportunity to re-endorse its commitment to upholding the fundamental right of each and every citizen to engage in lawful political activity and to do so free from the fear of the tyrannical retribution of arbitrary or capricious governmental prosecution.

Let one point be clear: our conclusion today ends this unconstitutional John Doe investigation.

Incredible condemnation of the prosecutor by the Wisconsin Supreme Court

Re: Scott Walker 2016?

So let me get this straight...instead of blasting this horrible special prosecutor for conducting an unconstitutional investigation which terrorized innocent civilians, Scott Pitta instead focuses his ire on Gov Walker, making claims such as Walker being against the First Amendment and other false and misleading claims.

Unbelievable.

Re: Scott Walker 2016?

One of the innocent civilians terrorized by this prosecutor is filing a civil rights lawsuit against him. Her story is chilling and should anger all Americans, regardless of political party.

This prosecutor should resign or be fired for his actions. There's no way this guy should be allowed to remain in his position after this. No way.

I was a close adviser to Scott Walker in the county executive’s office and then in the statehouse, but it never occurred to me that my own happiness would be collateral damage in a political vendetta.

Nothing could have prepared me for waking up to the shouts of men with battering rams announcing that they were about to break down my door on that morning in 2011. It was so unexpected and frightening that I ran down from my bedroom without clothes on. Panicked by the threatened show of force, I was then humiliated as officers outside the window yelled at me to get dressed and open up. I quickly retrieved clothing and dressed as I unlocked the door.

Agents with weapons drawn swarmed through every part of the house. They barged into the bathroom where my partner was showering. I was told to shut up and sit down. The officers rummaged through drawers, cabinets and closets. Their aggressive assault on my home seemed more appropriate for a dangerous criminal, not a longtime public servant with no criminal history.

After they left, I surveyed the damage. Drawers and closets had been ransacked. My deceased mother’s belongings were strewn across the floor. Neighbors gathered in small clusters at the end of their driveways and the press arrived in force.

What had prompted the raid? My guess: As an adviser to Gov. Walker, I had played a lead role in drafting and implementing public-employee labor reforms that would propel him to the national stage.

The prosecutor's wife is a teachers union official, which is the real reason for his witch hunt.
