SCOTUS: Obama Broke the Law

A unanimous SCOTUS ruled against obama's recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. This marks the 12th time SCOTUS has declared obama broke the law. obama tried claiming Congress was in recess, but that was not true.

Not only is a unanimous decision against obama great news, but it's also sweet karma against Harry Reid who masterminded the pro forma sessions against W, which the Republicans used against obama to keep Congress technically in session and prevent him from making recess appointments.

Of course, obama did it anyway because he believes he's above the law.

Of course he broke the law. He is a law unto himself.

This ruling will not slow him down, it only serves to give the republicans warm fuzzies.

This ruling gives a boost to the Republican lawsuit. They need to get on the ball with this and start talking to the public, laying the foundation before Democrats try turning it into some racist thing done by SCOTUS.

Ha! Don't fool yourself.

They are not going to pursue this very far, they do the same thing. This is just election year posturing.

They beat their chests and shout but do not look for anything deeper.

Boehner stated it will be filed after the break this next week. If he doesn't follow through on it, he's done as Speaker. I believe he's actually going to do it. He wants to remain House Speaker, and this is an easy way to get support.

We'll see.

It won't happen. The republicans are in prime position to win congress and the next presidency. A lawsuit of that caliber could undermine all that. If it succeeded great. But if it failed they could likely lose their hold on congress and on and next presidency just because of such a lawsuit.

There's nothing worse to the american people than going for a huge lawsuit and then coming out of it with the other party declared victorious. It makes you look like the one that won't play ball. It makes it look like you are the one who is refusing to work together. It makes it look like you are the crybaby that is throwing a temper tantrum because you can't have your way. Right now filing such a lawsuit would be the only chance the democrats have of holding onto power of any sort in the next few years elections.

I disagree . If they don't it says to me they are weak and let's remove them!
