I'm looking forward to meeting new friends here. I build puppets but my church is not interested in a puppet ministry.

I enjoy puppetry, singing and songwriting. I would love to work with others who love doing the same.

Well I have been called a heretic too.
because I preach baptism in the name of Jesus.
and insist that there is only one God.

So I guess to a Trinitarian, I am a heretic.

There are a lot of churches here in SoCal that use puppets for Sunday School.

We have "Childrens Church" and they use them

I have a friend that started a childrens ministry that uses these things. He lives in Bakersfield now but used to go to my church.

I just opened a closet yesterday and saw my huge bag of filler. I had intended to make some puppets, but I used my foam sheet to replace the padding when I was recovering some chairs. That ended my puppet project.
