Gifts of the Spirit
This is exciting, this is exciting, this is exciting for me! I recently just figured out what my gift was in tongues! I have discernment! I realized this after I found out that through the spirit I was calling some guy a whore. I kept calling him a whore through the spirit. This isn't a good way to find out your gift.... but besides that, I am so HAPPY!!!!!
What's your spiritual gift?

I usually call 'em "whore" in English.

So in english you were calling some guy a whore over and over? Did you have control over saying the words "you're a whore" over and over?

No, I was saying "He's a whore" over and over. Control? I did.
I guess I was trigger happy so I kept calling him that.

So the Spirit made you say in english "He's a whore, he's a whore, he's a whore"?
Or did you just hear "He's a whore" in your mind and blurted out "He's a whore, he's a whore, he's a whore"?
As far as I know discerning of spirits is not where the spirit forces you to say words. Rather you intuitively know something about someone and whether you blurt it out is entirely within your control

I also said "You ain't my son."
and "kiss the son." <-- to someone different.
There's more I said.
This has nothing to do with intuition.

Yes but how did it happen? Did the Spirit just start speaking through you uncontrollably or did you hear these words and then repeat them in english?
How is "you aint my son" the gift of discerning spirits? Or "kiss the son"?
