First of all the .mp3 must have a URL on the web ... if it's on your desktop you have to upload it somewhere on the web ...

Then you have to ways to post it ...

1. Simply post the url as a hyperlink
or
2. In the advance editor, click on the windows media icon and post the link via the dialog box.
