Almond Milk...
is NOT delicious.
I think I need to add water to it, or maybe just pour it down the drain.
It ruined a perfectly good bowl of Frosted Flakes.

Re: Almond Milk...
I Love it!! Especially chocolate!
But there are different brands, and sugar content too.

What is the purpose of putting something healthy into a bowl of Frosted Flakes anyway? You should throw the Flakes away and just drink the Almond Milk.
SILK is the best brand...it's thick. I get unsweetened/Vanilla flavored.

I buy SILK because it's Non-GMO.
And hey, a step in the right direction is a step in the right direction, even if it is on Frosted Flakes!

Uh, no. It totally defeats the purpose. Adding Almond Milk to that type of product is going to totally turn you off. We never buy boxed cereal.
SILK got in trouble at one point for claiming to be Non-GMO when they weren't. From what I understand, they have corrected the issue.

No it does not totally defeat the purpose. You are hard core to the max, PO! LOL!
Milk is very hard on your system. People can't be expected to do everything on the first day they try something. There is always something more a person can do to be "healthier" and sometimes that thinking can de-motivate people to the point that they don't even want to try. Doing things slowly, making changes little by little is sometimes the best way a person can change because then it doesn't feel so extreme.
I say, find a replacement for cow's milk. Notice how much better it makes you feel and THEN you will be motivated to take the next step!
Good for you, Jermyn, for trying almond milk!
