Obama's approval rating (L)

while I know this post will give the likes of DM a chance to brag, this must be dealt with....

Obama's approval rating is climbing , now at 52%.

This in the wake of an avalanche of corruption being brought to the light of day, continued bad economic news, and Obamacare imploding before our very eyes.

I'm afraid we have become like Venezuela to a degree. Like them, we have 50% of the country completely sold out to a dictator and willing to go after the other 50% of their countrymen as long as the dictator gives them freebies.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We are now to the point where blood will have to be shed to keep our country free. Freedom loving Americans, who believe in the vision of the Framers, will have no choice but to physically defend themselves against the masses of uninformed voters who have proven they can be brainwashed to do their masters bidding. To them, we are the enemy, and it won't be hard for them to be persuaded to come against us while wearing government uniforms of some sort.

Re: Obama's approval rating (L)

The Rasmussen poll is several points higher than the Quinnipiac University National Poll I saw recently, which had Obama at 49% negative, 45% positive approval numbers. (Read this .pdf poll HERE. Biggest drop in the QUN poll is among Independents who disapprove by a whopping 57%, 37% approve. This is down from May 1 when the same poll found Obama with 48% disapproval, 42% approval number.

The lift for Obama is women voters: 49% approve, 45% disapprove.

Most everything else in this poll is not good news for team Obama.

Q1 asked about US House race, currently tied at 38% voting for Republicans and Democrats. Republicans win the Independent vote with 36%, but lose the women (32%) and important latino vote (31%).

Quote:
From May 22 – 28, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,419 registered voters with a margin of error of +/- 2.6 percentage points. Live interviewers call land lines and cell phones.
Now on to Rasmussen...

There's still some good news in this poll; yes, it says 52% approve, but it's still -11% overall, with 37% strongly disapproving (compared to 26% who strongly approve).

Other good news with this poll:

Quote:
On the issue of gun control, 43% of voters trust Republicans more than Democrats. Forty-one percent (41%) trust Democrats more.
Quote:
Forty-three percent (43%) would like their governor to support implementation of the health care law in their state. A slightly larger number (45%) would like their governor to oppose implementation.

I think anyone taking these polls should be required to pass an 'informed test' first.

They have to answer at least 3 questions about the current events going on before they're allowed to vote.

If you saw any of Watter's World interviews, he said that on average about 1 in 5 people were knowledgeable about the current issues we're facing. In this particular segment he was interviewing about Obamacare. Most knew slogans or catch phrases, but that was the extent of their knowledge on Obamacare.

Anyone who believes the liberal line about Fox News would not be able to pass any such test.

This is typical so called conservative thinking. Anyone who votes Dem is uneducated. Only smart people vote GOP.

Please take a look again at the post and show me where she's talking about Dems or GOP.

Can't dispute the facts.

Pew Research News IQ Quiz

Republicans fare substantially better than Democrats on several questions in the survey, as is typically the case in surveys about political knowledge.

Independents also are less knowledgeable than Republicans about the parties’ positions on a number of issues and the affiliation of some political leaders.

Thank you n david for straightening odooley out.

Odooley, the difference is 'education'. Period. This country is full of dimwits that have no clue about the important things that are changing the face of this nation.
