IRS official who refused to testify placed on administrative leave

The IRS official who oversaw the unit responsible for the targeting of conservative groups has been placed on administrative leave, Fox News confirms, a day after she refused to testify at a congressional hearing.

Capitol Hill sources said Lois Lerner, the director of exempt organizations, was placed on leave. It comes amid calls from some lawmakers for her to be suspended or fired.

She's the one Obama needs to fire. But she needs to answer questions before the Congressional committees.

This woman has a long history, as posted in other threads, that point to partisan, anti-religious and anti-conservative activism.

This is not the person that should have been in charge of the tax-exempt department at the IRS.

It'll be interesting to see the next moves by either Lerner or the Obama administration. I can't imagine they're comfortable with her having to testify. Obama can't claim executive privilege over her; but I have a feeling that they're working to limit or exclude her testimony. She may even develop "health issues" to keep her from appearing before the committees.

It appears to me that she needs to go to jail and all others that did this.
There needs to be a special prosecutor to get to the bottom of it all and let justice be served wherever the chips may fall.

The same with Fast and Furious.

I hope, by the end of this Obama administration, Chicago is completely and utterly humiliated for its association with the Obama administration. I hope that phrase will become the death knell of any politician. I hope we never have another Chicagoan in the WH or in any Presidential administration.

Yeah... If I remember correctly he had some SERIOUS health issues!
