Desperate in NY and NJ, Where's the Media on BO?

Obama flies into the Hurricane Sandy region for the photo op, them goes back to campaigning and people are desperate for help in NY and NJ. Bush was crucified by the media for Katrina---no one says a word about the dismal job FEMA and the Obama admin is handling this recovery.

You're not being realistic.

Furthermore, the President has a state Governor who has publicly praised his response to this crisis numerous times.

GWB's response to Katrina and Obama's response to Sandy aren't even in the same ballpark-- and everyone knows this!

The problem wasn't Bush's response, JD. It was the Governor of Louisiana not asking for federal help quick enough. They HAVE to request help. I think Obama responded just as he should as President, and this is a critical time for him with the election.
