Muslims multiply much more rapidly than non-Muslims and soon by their sheer numbers they can dominate the vote and elect Muslims to political office and vote in sharia law. Even before they vote in sharia law to govern non-Muslims they can get local law enforcement officials to back off and let them settle problems in the Muslim dominated neighborhoods among themselves by applying sharia law.
