HELP!
I am looking for an old song that one of the verses goes like this-
HE HUNG ALONE,UPON THE CROSS
FOR THIS WORLD HE KNEW WAS LOST,
HE HAD COMPASSION UPON THIS HUMAN RACE,
HE TOOK HIS JOURNEY UP CALVARYS HILL,
THERE HE PRAYED "NOT MY OWN WILL"
THIS IS WHY LORD WE SING AMAZING GRACE.
I thought it was "he paid a debt" but all those that I look up,doesnt have the same words. Can anyone help?
Also,I have been elected to be the new song leader and for the life of me,I cant remember ANY praise and worship songs that I did as a child song leader.
Any help?
