No surprises here. I knew we would be forced into socialism healthcare.

Wonder what's next for the land of the free and home of the slave?

Excuse my clarification on one point...

Though I don't approve of all the fine points in this, I do favor universal health care, and always have.

But for the news folks and all who will listen, 'ObamaCare' is a misnomer.

My mother was in the delivery room in 1956 awaiting the birth of my brother, Jim.

It was an election year (Ike & whoever)and politics was on everyone's mind...except maybe my mother.

Anyway, she recalls the doctor saying to that if she voted for a Democrat she was "voting for socialized medicine."

SO...universal health care is not a new idea, and certainly not 'an Obama thing'.

And no...I am NOT a supporter of President Obama.

Will you rejoice when the poor man that can not afford insurance TAX and has to pay this tax INSTEAD of buy food for his family. Will you gloat then?

This country is full of fools!

If this was such a great program then why did Congress EXEMPT themselves?

That should be outlawed!!!

Re: Sad Faces at GOP TV

All, not really upheld.
The Medicaid ruling throws a big kink into what was planned.
Also calling the mandate a tax instead of a penalty makes this an even bigger campaign issue.
I think this may have a detrimental impact on the Dems for the fall elections.
Thoughts?
