Whose Side are YOU on?

It's becoming increasingly clear (by the second)
that if you are Dem or Rep, your choices are:

Raise the debt ceiling, and impose further austerity measures on those least able to bear them, or

Raise the debt ceiling, and impose further austerity measures on those least able to bear them.

Now, you might frame this differently, but I think I can fairly conclusively show that these choices are being imposed on you because the ultra-rich simply do not have enough money. I live in a county with 50 or 60 Billionaires in it, for reference; and have become adept at identifying how conversations can be manipulated, especially by the 1% (which is really another manip, btw; it is the .01% that are getting fatter--see how easy it is?).

A simple "follow the money" should get anyone there,
but if anyone sees a better frame for say, their fave "party,"
let's hear it.

Oh, and please vote your conscience this year...
November, is it? As it will not be until after that that
apparently a brief window may open for a real conversation.

I just don't dis them if they're in the right forum.
I will equally respect any other existing or future forums that might arise, of a similar nature, that believers may want to discuss; porn, eschatology, "Godhead," etc.

Ah, you envision my surprise at finding a political forum here.
I just put those out there off the top of my head;
if you can defend one of them, and I can't answer with
an apt Scripture, I'll remove it.
