It should be every day... As in Christ's example. Daily bread... Forgive our debt...

Um, what are you repenting of? And why not just repent when convicted? The problem I have with your model is that it seems disconnected from the actual sin. Unless of course it is unrealized, which I took the daily prayer for, but you have me curious to know if an examined life could really be oblivious to any infraction that rises to sin.
All sin separates from God, so we rely heavily and solely on Jesus. It need not be adultery or murder. Repentance is acknowledgement that we are less than perfect, and are relying on his perfection instead.

Probably multiple times a day whether I think I need to or not (I usually need to).
This is a result of a death-centric view having been represented to you from birth, imo. While I agree with Hoovie, "repentance" should become "humility" here to me, and pretty quick, otherwise why not just flagellate? I don't like repentance without sin, and Scripture will back me up, I'm pretty sure.

That is basically my view. I do NOT look at sin in the binary way that most do, considering the view that being sinlessness is perfection and sinfulness is anything less, I challenge anyone to say they are perfect.
