well, there is no line when I wake up and seek him early in the morning,
in fact it's dark and quiet and just me and Jesus.

The song is about a child asking the question. He was taught that JESUS is the REASON for the SEASON.
Today if they see Jesus, it will be IN the BODY of Christ. Could it be that the members (BODY) is so
scattered that they cannot see HIM. An arm here, a leg there, a foot over there, etc.

It expresses nice Christmas sentiments; can't we just enjoy it and NOT analyze every word.

Re: Where's The Line To See Jesus, Becky Kelley
Sister Falla, all the lines are at Toys R Us, Wally world, Old Navy, JC Penny and TA DA! Best Buy for that new laptop that is one of 12 on sale for the first 12 people who can get into the store.
I've read where there was incidents of violence in the lines, pushing, shoving and even a woman with pepper spray to spray at people who got too close to what she wanted to buy.
Is this was Christmas has become?
For reason's of my own, I do not participate in Black Friday.
I try to be thankful and celebrate Jesus birth, death and resurrection in my heart everyday.
I've done an in-depth study about Christmas, but not going into that right now.

Re: Where's The Line To See Jesus, Becky Kelley
I had to work on Black Friday (do you suppose that there could be a double meaning applied to that phrase) but the people that I had to deal with were actually really good people. People helped one another, there was not cutting, shoving, pushing, punching, kicking, screaming, biting, fuming, maiming, shooting, or killing. It all went very smoothly, and as far as I could tell, everyone helped their neighbor find what they were looking for. That has actually been the experience of most of my family when it came to Black Friday shopping in the QC area.
