If you were God for a day, what would you change?

I'd go back in time and have Adam eat from the tree of life instead of the tree of knowledge.

Refusing to sit under the false gospel and false doctrine of false teachers is not "forsaking the Assembly"

Great question! Have you seen "Bruce Almighty"?

You sure about that? If they'd done that, and if none of their descendants ever sinned, and they all lived forever, and had babies every few years forever, the population of the world would now exceed the number of subatomic particles in the galaxy. (Yes. I did the math once. I'm a nerd. )

I'd change... me.

I'd spend the day learning the answers to all my questions about truth and God. I'd know exactly what I should know and what right and wrong were and how God feels about them.

I'd find out what the apostles meant in every recorded word I have and understand their very thoughts and intents.

In short... I would set myself free from wondering and guessing and finally know, beyond all question, what is the truth and then I would love it and share it with reckless abandon.

NOTHING! A perfect GOD allowed for the band to play on. To say that I as a god would change such and such is like saying that our God didn't do things right.

If I was God for ONE day, I would plan for day after when I wasn't. I would give myself Wolverine-like healing powers, make myself 2 inches taller, make a billion dollars suddenly pop into multiple bank accounts, make myself a real working light saber along with the Jedi skill to use it, institute a flat 10% across the board income tax (while eliminating most others) and then create safeguards to keep additional ones from returning.

Oh yes, and create (and patent) a super efficient solar panel with an efficiency of 50% (the theoretical max). This would of course make me billions MORE over the coming decades and centuries.

Make the theoretical max higher. Like 100%. Why not? You're God!

It needed to be a high, yet a real number that could continue to be manufactured AFTER I was no longer God. Sure GOD could make one 100% efficient, or even a thousand percent, but no machine could.

I was talking about changing a law of physics, so machines could do that. But, yeah, I suppose the next God-for-a-day might change it back.
